My husband and I are both professionals. When I turned 30, we decided it was time to start our family. Its been six months now of careful tracking and I’m still not pregnant. Were starting to get a little worried. We thought this would be an easy process. All these years of trying not to get pregnant, and now when were trying, I can’t seem too. My husband and I each have a doctor appointment in two weeks, but Id like to find out more about how female infertility works now. I suppose my husband could be somewhat infertile, but I have a girlfriend who had to have her children through in vitro fertilization. It was expensive to have infertility treatments, but very worth it. I’m concerned that we may have to have that procedure as well. I’m a little scared that we waited too long. Maybe we should have started trying when I was 27 instead of waiting until 30. I’m going to go online and learn about female infertility after I get home from work tonight.
